Long process, but very transparent about that. They went through a list of questions and it was a group that did the interviewing. It was a pleasant experience interviewing at the Gahanna location for the position there.

Submitted the application. Heard back from HR within a few weeks to setup an interview. Interviewed for the position and it was calm/relaxed. Took an extended time after the interview to get an offer (maybe 4-6 weeks).

Interview
Very good. I applied. Received a call from the recruiter shortly after, and held a phone screen. Within two weeks I received a call from the recruiter, who set up an onsite interview with me. I had the Interview with the Hiring Manager and Team Lead. I left feeling positive. I received a call back from the recruiter that same week extending an offer. We discussed some details, and went on to the offer from there.
