I was emailed to schedule an interview after applying online. The interview was with the hiring manager, another SWE team manager, and one of the current SWEs. Normally it's 45 minutes with the interviewers followed by an hour for a logic test (which is language agnostic) on paper, but they said based on my experience they didn't need me to do the test. They offered that I could email with follow-up questions for them or the SWEs on the team, answered all my questions in the interview, and it was a chill time. Received an offer a week later, negotiated a little higher, and the hiring manager went to bat with finance to get me the higher value. I wish more companies were like this!
