American General Life interview questions

Interviewed me in person, showed me a video of the company overview . Brought my spouse in to convince her of the opportunity. They had me make a list of all my contacts and you had to make lots of cold calls everyday within your first couple of weeks.

Phone interview followed by in person interview. They then had me do a skills test, there at the office. It took a little over a month for the company to hire me. In this month the did job verifications, referrals, and a background check.
