Phone screening with recruiter was non technical. Basic questions and nothing too complicated. Face to face interview involved a drawing test. The item was simple but there wasn't much time to really detail it. All interviewers were professional and seemed to know their stuff. They use SolidWorks for cad modeling.

Showed up for the interview and the people working there seemed unprepared for it. There were multiple interviews going on while I was there, and I had to wait 10-15 minutes while they finished up a prior interview. I originally was told I would be interviewing with the engineering manager, but he was in an interview with a different candidate. I was asked a few technical questions, but almost nothing about my background and education. Overall, it was a bizarre interview experience.

Applied online and the process took a couple of weeks. The first negative experience happened when the HR refused to provide a car or any help with getting to the company and straight away cancelled my interview. Upon requesting that I'll travel on my own, the interview was scheduled again. Interview process was OK, nothing technical. Everyone seemed satisfied but I never heard back from them. Even after repetitive emails, no one got back to me with anything! That's the last thing you can expect from a company.
