American Innovations interview questions

Interview consists of Recruiter, HM and final round Recruiter seemed least interested to know the candidate and experience - just came with list of tick mark questions (Y/N). Had relevant experience. Did not hear back further. Clearly there is no intention to know a candidate and his relevant experience. Not sure what basis they make selection or rejection.
