Most likely you will be hired through a temp agency. Once hired you will have training for about 2 weeks in a classroom and then you will go to your assigned team on the floor. For the first month your numbers will not count but they will let management know if you are getting the hang of the job. So do good those first 30 days or you will probably be let go.

The interview process was quick. It was pretty laid back but I enjoyed the process and got a sense of their culture. The turn around process was quick as well.

Phone interview was completed first, and the next week was a virtual interview with a potential supervisor. Both lasted less than 30 minutes. A job offer was sent a week later. Interview process was smooth.

Zoom call very nice staff. Very informative and growth opportunities . I like the idea that they interview several candidates on the call and you get to interact with each other and the staff like a group .
