American Language Academy interview questions

The interview lasted three hours with theee different people hours, waited 45 minutes to be seen, felt very uncomfortable the whole time. In the end they said no thank you, no complaints

The interview process was very strange. The first part was quite general where they asked general questions and then if you passed that they would do a skills test. Which basically involved one of their staff giving you an English grammar test where they asked impossible questions and then the staff member would criticize you as a person and as a teacher. Somehow I passed, almost crying, and then you would have to come in for training that would last hours, unpaid. I also asked around and that was the norm for them to make you feel like trash.
