The interview process was extremely laid back and more conversational than other interviews. While the beginning was more directed at getting to know me as a potential employee, the conversation switched to what the job looked like, what type of employee they wanted, and what I could bring to the position. It was a very natural flow of topics and didn't feel like question and answer type format.
