American Power and Gas interview questions

They call you and ask some typical job interview questions about your career. If you manage to convince them, they move forward with a practical test that's significantly more difficult than what the job's salary would imply.

The interview helped prepare me for what the job would look like. There was a practice script to see how I would sound/interact on the phone. I also participated in an exercise to test my ability to handle adversity on the phone.
