When interviewing with the owner Brian, I was constantly met with sarcasm. I went back to the office to drop off a handwritten thank you note & Brian “The Owner” acted as if I was a burden & still couldn’t find the humility to muster up a “thank you.”

Question 1
More like attacking my character the whole time than asking questions.. The hiring manager Daniel also made it very clear that their employees are not supposed to ask any questions about loan guidelines.. As a seasoned LLO, I know that guidelines are constantly changing and we have to stay current otherwise we’ll be setting up a lot of potential borrowers for failure when they don't get their loan funded. I mean c’mon guys, without product knowledge we’re basically right back to 2006/2007 before the entire market crashed & lack of guidelines along with the ability to communicate them to clients played a major role during these tragic times. Smh
