Basic interview session. Hiring Manager, Head of Department and a third person. All three had their session of questions and asked interchangeably. The Key is to not be anxious. It's just an interview.

The interviewer had difficulty in explaining how the actual position worked, so it was hard to ask questions and talk about it. Standard phone screen consisting of background basics.
