I got an employee referral and submitted my resume. I was contacted by HR for an interview date and offered the job about a week later. I was interviewed by about 4 people at the same time - the hiring manager & members of the team I would be working directly with.

Basic tell me about yourself questions, and I was given some data on Excel and asked to use functions like VLookup while it was connected to a screen that everyone could see.
