Interview
The whole process took around two months. After applying online, they asked me to answer general questions by email. After that, there was a thirty minutes phone interview with human resource, followed by a Skype interview after three days which lasts for one hour.

general questions have been asked plus some technical questions.My overall rating for the interview is easy, the interviewers was friendly. I felt like they want to make sure how you will interact with students.

Interview
Two interviews, one video call with the search committee and the second was a phone call with the provost. The search committee interview was a 30 - 40 minutes interview asking teaching-related questions and introducing the school. The provost interview was him mostly talking about the school and asking about how would i use my experience to add to the students.

One question i didn't expect was asking me to show how would i explain a specific concept to students. Other questions were general like why did I choose to apply to AUD and move to Dubai, how would i value students attendance.
