Interview
I was called in for an interview so I scheduled a date for one. When I walked into the lobby I was told to wait while the hiring manager was finishing up some stuff. The hiring manager greeted me and to me to his office upstairs and he asked me a few questions about the job and what my current aspirations were. We went up stairs to complete a running test and a driving test. I was made to run around the parking deck we were in within a certain amount of time then after that I was made to drive around traffic cones and do it in reverse. I was called in later the same week for orientation and the hiring manager gave me a packet with all the information I needed about the company and a uniform. I was shown around the work area including the airport and where to find certain areas.

Interview
The interview was straight forward. They need reliable people with no criminal records that can drive a car safely and in an orderly manner. You go through a back ground check to make sure you wont be a liability to the company. After about a week (thats how long the background check takes) you get an offer and start working immediately.
