I was emailed quickly after submitting my application. We had an initial phone interview, where I was told I would receive a follow up phone call to see if we were going to move forward with the application process. I never received a phone call. Two weeks later I followed up with an email requesting an update or to see if anything further was needed from me. The HR consultant never replied to my email. Very, very unprofessional.

It was thorough and personable. They provided all the information I needed and set a good example for the company. From start to finish they remained in contact and answered and questions I had.
