Stage 2 - STAR competency interview plus, was given prep template for two scenarios. One was a supplier negotiation role play and the other was customer call role play to find client needs

Applied online. Invited to an initial HR screen via teams, which was pretty straightforward. Invited to an on site interview. Hiring manager was lovely and made me feel at ease.

Straightforward and transparent process. Refreshing that there wasn't 4+ stages. Initial call followed by second stage interview. Interviewers were friendly and asked the usual competency based questions. Nothing else to add.
