There were 3 rounds :
- First Round (Screening Round):
Conducted by the Junior HR, this round primarily focuses on basic questions related to the regrouping process, overall workflow, candidate’s stability, and prior experience.
- Second Round (HR Head Interview):
Candidates shortlisted from the first round proceed to an interview with the HR Head. This stage is situation-based and designed to assess problem-solving and decision-making skills. Regardless of the outcome, this round offers a valuable learning experience, similar to the interview processes followed by top-tier organizations like Facebook, Google, or Apple.
- Third Round (Final Interview with MD):
Conducted by the Managing Director, Mr. Maniraj, this round focuses on evaluating the candidate's personality, enthusiasm for work, and long-term potential. The primary objective is to identify individuals who demonstrate the qualities of a smart, dynamic, and future-ready leader capable of taking on managerial roles within the organization.
