The interview process was smooth and professional. The communication was clear, and each step was well-structured, making the experience seamless. I appreciate the professionalism and effort put into ensuring a positive candidate experience.
The interview process was quite extensive, but I had excellent and engaging conversations with the team members and the director. Everyone I spoke with was professional and left a very positive impression. However, during the final interview with the CIO, I was unexpectedly asked about my citizenship status. This question felt uncomfortable and inappropriate, which left me with a negative impression of the final stage of the process.
