The process takes several hours and you are being interviewed by 5-6 people, both engineers, and management. The questions are very pointed, requires specific knowledge of technology, and also assesses general suitability of the candidate for the job.

Applied through University career fair2 rounds. Got a call after two weeks. 1st Telephonic Round based on basics. No resume questions. Got a call for on-site after a week. 2nd On-Site. 9-5 with 7 interview in total. Deep resume based questions and then RF basics.
