I applied online. I interviewed at Analyst Institute in Aug 2022
Interview
-Don't interview with this company unless you're trying to do charity. -They make you do an unpaid skills test before you're even interviewed. Red Flag #1. -They ask you not to put any identifying info on the test when you submit it, ostensibly because they want to keep things anonymous. Red Flag #2. -The skills test takes a couple hours and involves you drafting emails for a certain organization. Very high chance this organization is their client. Red Flag #3. If their institution was good, they wouldn't need people they haven't even hired to do free work for them. Apply at your own risk.

Interview
They sent me a skills assessment before moving to any interview phase. I submitted my skills assessment and at that point they chose to go in another direction without conducting an interview.

Interview
Applied for a programming/statistics position. First you had to complete a coding assignment in R, followed by a phone interview that tests your knowledge of probability and statistics with some behavioral questions. Very friendly and engaging interview that taught me a lot about the firm and its culture.
