I applied online. I interviewed at Analytic Partners
Interview
The process starts off with a phone screening and then they send online tests. These tests were mostly logic tests and I prepared for them by practicing some logic tests beforehand. If you pass the online tests, you will move on in the interview process. I had another phone interview where they asked general questions and some case studies questions. After this, I had a personal interview and this was more casual. The interview process was well organized and I was able to talk to different people each time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Analytic Partners (Charlottesville, VA) in May 2016
Interview
Received short email from someone in HR stating, “We are very impressed with your resume. Please take this cognitive test”. Test took almost an hour. About a week later, I got an email from the director stating that she wanted to chat with me for about 20 minutes. During our “phone interview”, she didn’t sound very thrilled or friendly at all. I felt like she was calling to just check off the boxes and wasn’t genially interested in learning about my abilities or me as a person. I’m a very friendly and open person so it felt very awkward trying to be nice/connect with someone who was so cold. Two days later I got a standard email from HR stating I didn't get the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Analytic Partners (New York, NY) in Sept 2013
Interview
I applied online and was contacted via email to submit a questionnaire (asking about my skills and interest in Analytic Partners) and my transcript. I was also asked to take an online timed assessment test, which was a series of short math problems. After completing all of those, I had a phone interview and then was invited for an in person interview, where I met with three employees of different levels and one HR representative. The HR part of the interview was a long list of behavioral questions, but the other employee interviews were more conversational.
