Analytic Partners Junior/Associate Analyst interview questions

Saw a posting on my college job board and sent in my CV/Resume and Cover Letter. Received an email back asking me to take part in an online test. After completing the test I was called if for an interview where I met with an Analyst and a Senior Analyst. This initial interview was very technical and questions focused on knowledge of statistical analysis and excel ability. Some brain teaser questions were also asked. This initial interview stage lasted about an hour and a half as I met with both analysts separately. Following this I was called into the office again to meet with a consultant and two members of Senior management. This stage of the interview was more general and questions focused on CV and personality. Offered a job the week after the final interview
