When I first applied, Stephanie (the recruiter) reached out immediately to let me know that the position was on hold. I really appreciated the transparency, and what impressed me even more was that she followed up the moment the hold was lifted to continue the process. That level of consistency and professionalism stood out. Once things resumed, the entire process moved smoothly and swiftly. Every stage was well organized, clearly communicated, and handled with care. Stephanie was exceptional throughout and also responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely supportive. She made sure I always knew what to expect and kept everything on track without any delays. For the technical sessions, the interviewers themselves were equally professional. The conversations were engaging, thoughtful, and respectful of my time. The environment felt structured yet relaxed, making it easy to speak openly about my experience. Overall, this was one of the most positive and well-coordinated interview processes I’ve been a part of. I applied through Employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anaplan (San Francisco, CA) in November 2018. The process is first Telephonic call with Recruiter then Webex interview followed by onsite interview
