My experience with this company’s interview process was genuinely excellent from start to finish. When I first applied, Stephanie (the recruiter) reached out immediately to let me know that the position was on hold. I really appreciated the transparency, and what impressed me even more was that she followed up the moment the hold was lifted to continue the process. That level of consistency and professionalism stood out.
Once things resumed, the entire process moved smoothly and swiftly. Every stage was well organized, clearly communicated, and handled with care. Stephanie was exceptional throughout and also responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely supportive. She made sure I always knew what to expect and kept everything on track without any delays.
For the technical sessions, the interviewers themselves were equally professional. The conversations were engaging, thoughtful, and respectful of my time. The environment felt structured yet relaxed, making it easy to speak openly about my experience.
Overall, this was one of the most positive and well-coordinated interview processes I’ve been a part of. Stephanie and the team left a strong impression on me, and I would absolutely recommend interviewing here.

Question 1
The questions were appropriately technical for an SRE role, with a strong focus on Linux, Kubernetes, and a live coding session. The full process consisted of four interview stages, each structured and clearly defined.

I applied through Employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Anaplan (San Francisco, CA) in November 2018. The process is first Telephonic call with Recruiter then Webex interview followed by onsite interview

Question 1
The interview started off with an hour-long conversation with Tracy Hoel (a fantastic recruiter!) to discuss career interest followed by a standard SRE questionnaire.
Within a few days Webex Interview set up with one of the Senior Site Reliability Engineer which was about 45 mins. The Webex interview is on Standard SRE questions and programming knowledge about coding/scripting.
After the webex interview with the Senior Site Reliability Engineer, it is followed up an onsite interview. Onsite interview consists of coding, Linux, debugging questions & discussion on my current projects with Senior Site Reliability Engineer and TechOps Manager.
After the interview with Manager and Senior SRE had an interview with Senior Director and discussed about my current projects, achievements and job details, responsibilities etc.
The interview panel including Senior SRE's, TechOps Manager and Senior Director made the environment so comfortable that the whole onsite interview process went smoothly. Throughout the process recruiter Tracy Hoel easily accessible over the chat and always kept me posted for the current and upcoming processes. She is a fantastic recruiter.
