I applied for a technical support role at Anaplan and they email me few weeks after, asking when was my most convenient time to talk about the role. I reply to the email and we setup a time to talk. Tracy H. from Anaplan called me exactly the time we plan on, and verified whether I was ready to talk. She really motivated me even before we went deeper into the talk. She thanked me for applying for the position and told me that she knew my background really matched the role and she thought I was a good fit for the role. She asked smart questions that really gave me the opportunity to talk about my competence for the role. I really like the interview questions. After that, she kept in contact with me every step of the way, via phone call, email and text. During the life span of the interview process, I had the opportunity interview remotely (video call) with Alan & Venky, and they are also great people. At the end of everything, I didn’t get the position because the company changed the Location for this position, and I didn’t want to move. However, I was encouraged to be on standby as I will be contacted as soon as there is another opening at the location I prefer to work at. This was one of my best interview experience.
