Anaqua Interview Questions

First stage interview with HR. Various questions about experience and personality questions. The interviewer was available to respond to my queries and the interview proceeded smoothly. I obtained a more detailed description of the role and I was able to show my past experience and what of it fitted into the role.

Four sets of interviews that were all distinctly different from each other. The interviewers were all pleasant and professional yet most of them were distracted. It was simply my sense that some of the interviews were a distraction from their other pressing deliverables.

Recruiter reached out and over a few (3) weeks there were 30 minute interviews. No tests of any kind and the interviews were the basic talk about the company and experience.

Worst process. The interviewer don't ask questions from your cv or experience. He asked what he knows. He didn't give time to explain an answer. While answering one question he jumped to another question.

First there was a phone interview by Human Resources Department. Then invited in for in person interview for the first round. Followed by another round with additional people. Pretty standard process.

1. Meet with an HR representative for a standard intro interview 2. Quick secondary interview with the hiring director to get a better sense of applicable skills 3. In-person interview at the office in Boston, MA with 5-6 members of the support team, including the hiring manager

The interviewer was late for an hour. Schedule was around 9PM local time. Was hoping to resched the interview the following day but he insisted to have it the same day. I hope my experience is an isolated case. I think as an interviewer, you should also respect the time of your the person you're going to interview. Mi

I went through a recruiter who set me up with an in-house interview on a Monday with the VP of Client Services. They liked me, so I came back that following Friday for a round two of interviews with other Project Managers, Senior Associates and the VP of Client Services again for about a 2-hour interview process (20-30 minutes with each interviewee).

I had a wonderful time. The office space is lovely. I had several one on one conversations with various technical and non-technical staff. They clearly explained the domain that their product serves, and described the needs of their customers. There was a written test with several .NET and database specific questions. Overall, very positive experience.

I interviewed with an initial screener, a senior recruiter, and the hiring manager over the phone. There are several things about the interview the hiring manager that surprised me. Two things about my background seem to be of concern to her: the fact that I currently work for a large corporation and that I’ve worked there for more than 10 years. (Note, I have more than 25 years experience in the industry.) She seemed to think that because I came from a large corporation, I would be inflexible and authoritative. She was often concerned that I may not be willing to pitch in to help with other efforts as needed. I spent much of my interview trying to dispel these preconceived notions. I don’t know whether I was successful or not, but I was not invited for an on-site interview. Overall, I walked away from the interview feeling as if they saw themselves as a small company/underdog struggling against goliath corporations.
