I had one phone interview with the HR recruiter, one phone interview with the Hiring manager & an on-site interview with 4 individuals for 45 minutes. Although I did not get the position, I was extremely appreciative of the support and over-communication throughout the entire process. The HR manager even called me to inform me that I did not get the job & provided feedback. Although not the call anyone wants to get, I truly appreciated the feedback she provided.
