Applied online, received an auto generated template less than two weeks later with expressed interest in an initial phone interview, included links to set a time/day of the week. It was to meet with the recruiter. She was pleasant and welcoming during our call, and did note there were other applicants ahead of me already doing face to face interviews with the hiring manager. I received a template email the following week stating they were moving ahead with other candidates. Overall positive given many online applications/ATS candidates are left in the dark after applying. I very much appreciated that they were active, candid, and followed through. Many recruiters don't do that anymore, so this was refreshing.
