Interview
The job description did not fully describe what they were looking for (description said it's a remote position, but they wanted you to come into the office once a week; also said they are willing to hire for part-time/freelance/full-time positions, but the position was actually full-time). The interviews were an hour long, and 2 rounds. They were friendly and kept mentioning that they aren't the kind to ghost people and would let you know either way. Guess what happened… they certainly ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional, also sent emails at 10:00 pm. The full interview process was never clearly stated as there was a 3rd interview with a grant company to check if the candidate is eligible to be hired - should've been done as a first round. Waste of time. Multiple follow-up emails were never answered, and overall dissatisfactory experience.
