Not sure how serious Andersen is about hiring for this position/department. The company has been posting supply chain positions consistently over the last six months. Brief phone interview followed by in-person at corporate. Mostly panel interviews by employees currently in the Supply Chain Analyst role, they take turns ask situational questions, but don't seem to have much interview experience. The next round of interview is another panel with managers. This one is a bit more traditional - with behavioral questions as well as high level details of the position. Even though they advertise for senior analyst roles, they will only hire you if you want to start from the bottom and work your way up.
