HR screen, then talk with hiring manager, then a take home design assignment. After you complete the assignment, you come in to present and discuss with a few of the managers.

The recruiter scheduled an interview but called 12 minutes late so I couldn't take the call. I told her through messaging we could reschedule, but I haven't heard anything since. This is fine as it seems that they do not respect the value of peoples' time.
