I went through more than two months of interviews, meeting with five team members, only to be completely ghosted at the end of the process. Despite following up multiple times—three times with the recruiter and twice with the hiring manager—I never received any response or closure.
The interview process itself was disorganized and inconsistent. The company changed who I was meeting with and added new interviewers to the schedule without any notice. This made it difficult to prepare and left a poor impression of how internal communication is handled.
I understand hiring priorities can change, but after investing significant time and effort, the lack of professionalism and communication was disappointing. Candidates deserve basic courtesy and transparency, even if the decision is to move forward with someone else.
