Interview
The interview process is very thorough and the recruiters really take their time to understand what you are looking for. I like that during my interview I got to meet the owners and key executives within the company. That really meant a lot to me!

They asked me what my 5 year plan was. I was really happy to hear they were thinking ahead and wanted to make sure that I was a good fit for their company and vice versa.
