The interview session was handled very poor, it gave the feeling that you are questions to enter the kindergarten rather than a professional job; the set of questions which have been asked were so shallow. The job was a global position but the HR person was talking very primitive English, the person was even unable to pronounce the name of the country that the company has the subsidiaries ( it is a true story)! the correspondence via email had many writing typos...!!!
If the HR person works for a company 10/11 years (as it is said proudly) and whole career life, the question arises if the person is still stuck in the primary stage of the career?!! any effort for personal development or competency growth?!
HR/ Global HR, it is time to improve your team and hone up your skills!!!
