I had an intro call with the recruiter Lucas Wilson and it went well. He mentioned that he would reach out for next steps to connect me with the hiring manager and then ghosted me. This is an unprofessional practice and shows a lack of empathy for candidates.

So far I've completed one phone round, and it was pretty simple the recruiter just walks you through the role and asks if you have any experience relating to it.
