The interview process consisted of a short phone interview with a recruiter. This was more aimed at getting an idea of your past experiences and making sure you understood the nature of a sales position, given that the compensation structure was based on a draw+commission structure. This step was more of a screening to rule out any idiots. The next step was a 1 on 1 interview with one of the managers of the Health dept. The guy was really nice and fun to talk to. The culture of the company seems very young and progressive. The guy I met with liked to have fun but knew the nature of hard work. After meeting with him, I was asked back for interview with the director of the Health dept. This guy was much more serious but still seemed genuine and easy to talk to. After meeting with him, I was offered the sales rep job. When applying they made it seem like they would background check and drug test. I had things on my record and was still hired so they seem open to having some blemishes on the background check. For the sales rep positions, they want people who are great at selling and have great dedication that motivates them to go above and beyond.
