Initial process went smooth and quick then I walked onto the sales floor. This place is full of <30yr old kids making <40k a year, read the salary reports and don't believe the hype of 100k+. Take a real look around this place and ask yourself "how many of these people are making >100k, how many are making <40k". Entry level phone farm, clock in dial 150+ calls a day and read a script if they answer, stick around a few years and they'll give you an upgraded call list. This isn't sales it's a call center. But hey, if you're new to the game it's par for the course.

The process is easy, and the recruiter wants your success. They follow up. The onboarding experience following up, the software is self instructing so works pretty well. Fully remote.

Went through 3 different interviews. Very thorough over multiple topics regarding sales experience, personality traits, and hopes for the future. Interview requires a role playing situation to understand selling experience.

Interview
I was asked for a screening call. Went smooth and was asked to move forward in the process. After deciding that it was not a good fit for me I emailed the Senior Recruiter 48 hours before the next interview to notify them. The response I was given called me by the wrong name that was clearly not an accident. The lack of professionalism floored me.
