The interview was easy and skill oriented; my interviewer hardly asked me anything that was on my resume, and instead focused on hypothetical scenarios and my hypothetical solutions. The company had a very strong team atmosphere.

Applied Online. Quickly got an email response back from two different HR members. Had a phone call with one of them. The phone call was a basic interview asking questions about my previous experience and explaining the position. This call was definitely to see if the role was a good fit. The next round was a zoom call. I decided the role was not a good fit.
