I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (Fayetteville, AR) in Oct 2025
Interview
I only made it through the first round of interviews before being rejected, but the interview was very grueling. It was with two employees, one with a subsidiary of AB and the other was an employee that worked directly for AB. It was primarily questions about prior work experience that was related to the job ie. tell me a time where you...? I had prepared fairly thoroughly for the interview and had prior leadership experience that aligned well with what they were looking for and was able to accurately answer each question but the answers still felt like they were not up to par with what they were looking for. I would take lots of time to prepare situations that may answer questions like, when was a time where your task did not work out or when you had to start over, when did you collaborate with people on a project, and what are some successes you had in a prior role and provide metrics for them.
