I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (Saint Louis, MO) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied online and talked to recruiters at the career fair. I was asked to take personality and skills tests later. Then, I had a video interview 2 weeks later. One month after that I was invited to an on-site interview in St. Louis. The final panel interview was with 4 other candidates.
Overall the process was great, my only complaint is the lack of communication.
I applied online. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch (Houston, TX)
Interview
Ghosted me 2 times, and even when I emailed more than 4 times their team never cared to apologize for their unprofessionalism. This is the worst company I've ever interviewed for.
Panel interview in rotations - asked general interview questions and pushed a bit for answers. overall pleasant experience. Was a little bit intimidating since it was with all senior leadership members of the supply division.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you came up with a creative solution to a problem.
Overall, it was very easy and straight forward. There are three rounds of interviews with basic questions. The final round is panel with other candidates. Interviewers were all very nice.
