3 interviews total. Extensive backround check. Personality test with situational questions. Laid back company culture but uptight interviews. Advice would be to prepare for "Name a time when" questions. Drug tests are mandatory.
Although in the end, I didn't get the job that I was hoping for, the interview process was strong and the people were nice. Good experience overall. Seems like a good company.
