Had two interviews. They asked a lot of questions that didn't seem relevant but nice people. A lot of focus on willingness to work in a team environment which makes sense because there are a lot of people working on the night shift. Met with Manager in first interview and a more senior Manager after.

Two interviews, discuss previous work experience where a given problem arose and how you dealt with that problem. Second interview similar to the first one but more in depth and with higher level managers
