It was very long process. First i applied through naukari.com then i got mail from them regarding online test in which they had given a link for Aptitude test. Online test had the questions & there were no options.I gave the test then after 2 months i got a call from them for an interview.I went there , they gave me a paper of aptitude questions again , there were 20 questions , n as usual there were no options. After solving that they gave me paper of 100 marks . there were a sections like c,c++,VB,.net etc n output of programs,those programs were very hard all pointers programs were there , n last sections was for final year project.Then there was a machine test of c++.5 tricky & hard Programs were given.you had to solve min 3 programs to get selected. After that there was a technical interview + logical reasoning interview. After this lengthy process i got an offer n they offered me just 12k per month. Thats why i declined an offer. n another reason was it was very small company than i imagined by that online test.
