Ann Sacks Tile & Stone interview questions

I started with a regular 10-15 minute phone interview, had a 1 hour Zoom interview with HR the next week, then came on-site for a 1 hour in person interview the following week. All of the interviews went well and the employees were polite BUT it has been over a month and I have not heard anything. I reached out to Kohler twice and only received a response to my first email stating they would have an answer shortly. I have yet to receive a response to my second email asking if I am still in consideration. Overall, I am disappointed because I was excited about the position and felt that it was a good fit but if they can't even let someone know if they are still in consideration for a position after three rounds of interviews...they probably aren't someone I would want to work for.

I had one interview about my career and educational background. Discussed the reason to join the company and how it will help the company. Spoke about compensation—what date to start the job and the timings.
