Panel comprising of HR and departmental leads, first five questions focuses on experience encountered such as ability to resolve conflicts, handling customer complaints, your reactions under pressure, etc. this is then followed by technical questions re;event to the area of specialisation. these are rated from one to five. panelist evaluate their scoring to reach consensus. The scores are then averaged to gibe the candidate's performance in the interview. For leadership positions, a psychometric test is conducted on the qulifying candidates.
