Interview
The process started with an online application and a technical coding test. Candidates who passed were invited for a final, on-site interview session in Tangerang.
The main part of the on-site session was an intense, offline Focus Group Discussion (FGD).

In the offline FGD, there wasn't a list of typical questions. Instead, our group was handed a single 'Big Idea', which was a complex, non-technical societal topic.
