I had three phone interviews. The first was scheduled through the HR screener who set up the time and day....and then didn’t call me. He messaged later and rescheduled apologizing for a meeting running late. At the new scheduled time, he called me 15 minutes late.
We had a general chat about my qualifications and the position. He said he’d move me on to the VP and asked for some potential date & times I was available in the next week. He picked one and....she didn’t call.
She DID call later in the day, apologizing for a meeting running late.
I was THEN moved on to a new VP who called without scheduling and answered some questions I had regarding the role. She said she’d move me to another person for further discussions.
I haven’t heard from them since.
Despite these failures on their part and the low salary range ($75-$83k) I kept open the lines of communication for some interviewing experience. Unless I became exceedingly desperate, there’s no way I was going to accept any offer.
If this is how they treat potential candidates they are trying to impress, imagine how they treat their workers. I’ll pass, thanks.
