Consisted of a pair of remote tests via third parties and an online then in person interview. The first test was a mathematics, logic, and psuedo code test which was followed by a personality test (the results of which shouldn't effect your chances of getting a position). The former test was an hour long a mix of quite fast but simple mathematical problems (about year 12 or AS-level difficulty) and interpreting pseudocode - a mixture of python style natural language code, simple psuedo machine code, and pefroming simple but precise logical operations.
Both inteviews where pleasant and causal, both times with two members of the development team with differing levels of seniority. There was refresing focus on my CV, career plans, and interest in the work and less on dressing sharp or having pre-prepared answers to cliche inteview questions.
