It was a three step process. First one was very short. Seemed great. Followed along one day on a job. Then a third follow up meeting, Not sure it mattered as they may have hired anyone.

Interview
One on one interview with slick, fast talking manager person who runs that particular location. It seemed very much like a pyramid scheme from my short interaction there, but I am not completely positive of this because I did not take the job.
