More relaxed, interviewed by any FOH managers, come dressed business casual. They will ask basic questions about experience and how you operate yourself in a work setting. My advice is to be friendly and eager to answer questions.

When faced with a difficult customer, what skills do you use to handle the situation?
They were Straightforward through the whole process. The communication was excellent and they got back to you quickly. The staff was quite nice and they answered any and all questions you may have.
