Well-structured and rigorous. Multiple of the interviews in the panel were pre-scripted challenges that seemed like good gauges of competence. Between the initial coding challenge and the panel, it definitely takes some time and you get passed between a lot of people. Only negative experiences were one late interviewer (>15m) and feedback being delayed about a week after each interview, both minor. The recruiters provided a lot of information up front, were responsive to questions, and gave a very clear picture of how the process would go.
